The location was exceptionally nice, just a 5-minute walk from Costanera Center. the hotel was near restaurants and bars. Our room was a nice size and well-equipped with a patio and a new carpet.

The place was clean with free parking and an extremely comfy bed. The rooms were quiet and fine, had safe for safety. The location was good, not too far from Providencia Neighborhood. The area was very pleasant just next door to Near to restaurants and Los Leones metro in Providencia and a metro station.

This hotel is great for city stays, with its good location near bars, shops, restaurants, and the metro station. The staff were friendly and spoke very good English, providing excellent service. Its location at a short distance from Costanera Center was particularly good and incredible. There were small markets and a market around the hotel. Booked a standard double room where the ac works.

The hotel tries to position itself as a "luxury boutique" establishment. But the standard of service, and the facilities do not reflect this. The food is very poor for the price. The extra price for a "club" room delivered nothing, even the wireless internet was extra and was a hassle to obtain.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza. The breakfast selection was outstanding with a wide variety of hot food, fruit, pastries, and coffee. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the WiFi worked great. Despite being in a corner room facing the street, the noise was minimal. The location in a swanky part of town felt safe. I highly recommend this hotel.
